Withdrawing money from your uTrader account is simple. uTrader will process your withdrawal request quickly and credit the withdrawal amount back to the method that was used to deposit money into your account. In the case that the total withdrawal amount exceeds the amount initially deposited via credit card, the excess money will be sent through a wire transfer. Your personal details and banking information is always safe and secure since uTrader uses an SSL encryption to send this information.

uTrader complies with all anti-money laundering policies so, at the time of your first withdrawal, uTrader will ask you to supply a scanned copy of several documents. How do I withdraw money from my uTrader account?

Withdrawing money from your uTrader account is always simple, safe and 100% secure. To request a withdrawal, log in and click on the tab labeled Banking. Choose the withdrawal option and enter in the required details for the transaction.

What personal documents will I need to provide to uTrader?

At the time of your first withdrawal request you will need to provide uTrader with the following documentation:

A valid ID with a picture

Proof of address

A copy of the front and back sides of the credit card that shows the last 4 digits (required only if this is your chosen banking method).

Please note that uTrader will email clients a list of required documents and will not process your withdrawal until the documents have been submitted.

What is the maximum amount of money I can withdraw at a time?

Your withdrawal amount is only limited by the amount of money in your account. Should you wish too, you may withdrawal all of the money in your account.

Is there a fee for withdrawing money from my account?

No. uTrader does not charge any additional fees for when you withdrawal your money. However, it is possible that you may be charged a fee by your credit /debit card company, e-wallet provider or other intermediary banks. We advise you to check with the other companies and banks for a list of their fees.

When can I request a withdrawal?

You may withdraw money from your account at any time. Your request will be processed after your identification is confirmed provided that financial institutions are open.
