Amazon has opened an automated supermarket

The American company Amazon has finally opened a long-awaited supermarket without cash registers and sellers. Amazon Go is located in Seattle. The main slogan of the supermarket is "no queues and no cash desks". However on the opening day, a huge queue of people wishing to make a purchase lined up at the store. The customers can pay for their purchases via a smartphone and a special mobile application from Amazon, the sensors near the exit from the store read the purchased product by its code and write off the necessary amount from the buyer's balance.

Over the last few days, the shares of the company increased by 4.2% and will continue to grow. Trading will be available during the American session, from 14:40 to 21:00 GMT.
