Apple to cut iPhone X supply in half

Apple fans cannot wait for the tenth anniversary model of iPhone to hit the market. In the meantime, the company is facing yet another problem in the supplies of their product. Apple reported they had to reduce the supplies in half due to the issues with OLED-displays that support the new face recognition feature. The company already started negotiations with other suppliers regarding supplemental production of parts. The world sales of the new phone will start on November 3. By that time, the company will have supplied only 20 million smart phones.

Over the past week, Apple shares have fallen by 2% and will continue the negative trend based on the news. Trading will be available during the American session, from 13:40 to 20:00 GMT.
