BMW to build a plant in Hungary

German concern BMW is going to build a plant in Hungary. For these purposes, the company intends to spend about 1 billion euros. The plant will be located in the north of Hungary, near Debrecen. The company plans to annually produce 150,000 cars, as well as to employ more than a thousand people. According to the head of the concern, the company is currently strengthening its position in Europe and both electric cars and standard cars will be assembled at the new plant.

Over the past week, BMW shares rose 3.7% and will continue to grow based on the news. Trading will be available during the European session, from 07:00 to 15:30 GMT.
