  • What is the minimum amount to deposit?
    The minimum amount for a deposit is $300.
  • Do you offer any bonuses on deposits?
    uTrader offers new and existing traders an attractive bonus system. Conditions of bonuses may apply and bonuses may be offered for a limited time. For more information on our bonuses program, please contact your account manager.
  • What are the terms of bonuses?
    Bonus money, provided by the company, belongs to the company, until client will make 40 times turnover of bonus amount, that was received on this deposit.
  • Which currencies can I use in my account?
    You many purchase uTrader CFDs, Forex and Options with US Dollars, Euros, Rubles, British Pounds and Polish zloty. Please note that whichever currency you select during the registration process cannot be changed after registration.
  • Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?
    The minimum amount you can withdraw from your account is $/€25. Before fulfilling your withdrawal request, uTrader may ask you to send us paperwork to confirm your identity.
  • Is there a fee for withdrawing money?
    The first withdrawal within a calendar month is free of charge. Every additional withdrawal whithin that same calendar month costs $12.
  • How long will it take to process a withdrawal request?
    Withdrawing your profits is quick and easy. Simply log in to your account and click the withdraw button. Then follow the instructions.
    Your withdrawal request will be processed in up to 2 working days. However your bank, credit card or e-wallet may require additional time. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all required documentation has been supplied to uTrader.

  • What is a Swift Code?
    Each bank has a unique identification code known as its SWIFT code. Banks use these codes when transferring money to and from other banks. Your bank can provide you with its SWIFT code.
  • Can a client refuse a bonus?
    Yes, the client has the right to refuse the given bonus if he/she is not satisfied with the conditions offered. Refusal can also be after the bonus is granted, but provided that the client has not opened any transactions on the account.
