ExxonMobil increases resource assessment on the shelf of Guyana

The US oil company ExxonMobil has increased the assessment of discovered hydrocarbon reserves on the shelf of Guyana. According to preliminary estimates of the company, it planned to produce reserves of 3.2 billion barrels, but at the moment the resource estimate has increased to 4 billion. The start of the production is scheduled for 2020, and by 2025, ExxonMobil plans to produce more than 750,000 barrels per day.

Over the past few days, ExxonMobil shares have increased by 2.6% and will continue their movement based on the news. Trading will be available during the American session, from 15:40 to 20:00 GMT.
