Google will launch a payment service in India

Google (Alphabet) will launch its own payment service in India. The fact is that the popular contactless payment service Google Pay has not caught on, so it was decided to develop an analog that will support the electronic purses of UMI, Paytm and MobiKwik. The application was called Google Tez and will be available on Android and IOS. In the future, Google Tez is scheduled to launch in Indonesia, the Philippines and other Asian countries.

During yesterday's trading session, Google's shares (Alphabet) are increased by 0.4% and are expected to grow on today's news. The trade will be available during the American session, from 13:40 to 20:00 (GMT).
