Harley-Davidson wants to withdraw production from the US

The American manufacturer of motorcycles Harley-Davidson will begin to transfer production from the USA to other countries in order to avoid the European Union's retaliatory measures connected with the US duties on metals. On June 22, the EU introduced duties on steel and aluminum products, agricultural products, etc. These measures were a response to the actions of the administration of Donald Trump, which introduced duties on imports of steel and aluminum. To save the company, Harley-Davidson intends to find ways to bypass innovation.

Over the past week, Harley-Davidson shares fell 9.6% and will continue to decline further. Trading will be available during the American session, from 13:40 to 20:00 GMT.
