Three largest US bank corporations have introduced a ban on the bitcoin purchases with credit cards. According to JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America and Citigroup, these restrictions are related to the instability of the cryptocurrency rate.
High volatility of bitcoins leads to the fact that customers do not always manage to return to the card the amount spent on the bitcoin purchase . At the moment, restrictions apply to credit cards of individuals and legal entities. This prohibition did not touch debit cards.
