McDonalds to open 40 new restaurants in Russia

The American chain of fast food restaurants McDonald's plans to open new restaurants in Russian cities hosting matches of the World Cup. During 2018, it is planned to open about 40 new points in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Sochi, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Volgograd, Rostov-on-Don, Kaliningrad, Yekaterinburg and Saransk. McDonald's is a sponsor of FIFA, in the category “Sponsors of the World Cup”. The championship will be held in Russia from June 14 to July 15 this year.

Over the past few days, McDonald's shares rose 1.58% and will continue to grow based on the news. Trading will be available during the American session, from 13:40 to 20:00 GMT.
