Microsoft concluded an agreement with General Electric

The American corporation Microsoft has concluded an agreement with General Electric about deliveries of energy from renewed sources. Thus, the Tullahennel wind farm in Ireland has been transferred to Microsoft for use and will supply electricity to the company for fifteen years. Electricity will be used to power the Microsoft data processing centers in Ireland, where in the near future there will be four more centers. The agreement will positively affect the Microsoft shares.

Over the past few weeks, Microsoft shares rose 4.2% and will continue their active growth on the news. The trade will be available during the American session, from 13:40 to 20:00 (GMT).
