Microsoft has announced the sale of Nokia brand to Foxonn, the company which produces iPhones. Except the brand, Microsoft has also sold its software and service. The decision was made by senior management without any given explanation. The deal, which equals $350 million, will be completed in the second half of this year. More than 4000 Nokia employees will be moved to the new place, which helps Microsoft to significantly reduce costs.
