PepsiCo to buy 100 Tesla trucks

The American manufacturer of soft drinks PepsiCo made a pre-order for 100 Tesla Semi trucks. Last month, Tesla unveiled its new electric trucks, whose production will start in 2019. New trucks will complement the current car fleet of PepsiCo in the USA, and according to the company's plan to protect the environment, new trucks will reduce greenhouse gas emissions. At the moment, PepsiCo pre-order is the largest one among those who wish to purchase Tesla Semi.

Over the past week, PepsiCo stocks have risen by 1%, Tesla shares have increased by 10.9%. Trading on shares of both companies will be available during the American session, from 14:40 to 21:00 GMT.
