Pfizer sells OTC business

Pharmaceutical company Pfizer decided to sell a part of its business. The part that will be sold is the OTC drugs production. Two of the most famous OTC drugs from Pfizer are painkiller Advil and worldwide popular lip balm Chapstick. Now, discussions are just started, but there is a chance that Pfizer will change its mind and will not sell the business, that earns 3,5 billion dollars per year. If the deal will be completed, it will positively affect on Pfizer’s stocks.

For the past few days, Pfizer’s stocks increased by 10,3%. It is a growing trend, that traders can use to make income deals. Trading will be available during American session, from 14:40 to 21:00 GMT.
