Saudi Arabian index crushed

USA passed the new law called Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act (JASTA) and Saudi Arabian stock market crashed down. Law allows families of the victims of the September 11, 2001, attacks to sue the Saudi government, as from the main terrorism supporter.

The second factor of index crash is low oil price, that provoked kingdom budget shortage. The last factor becomes that, Saudi Arabia couldn’t reach an agreement with companies to decrease oil extraction.

For the past few days, Tadawul index decreased by 5,6%. This is a good decreasing trend, that traders can use to make income deals. Trading will be available on Sunday, from 8:10 to 12:30 GMT.
