Sony launched a home robot

A Japanese company Sony introduced a new home robot Xperia Hello last week. The small assistant is designed for watching the house, looking after children and elderly people. The robot looks like a 22-centimeter speaker with a 13-megapixel swiveling camera and ability to play panorama video. Xperia Hello is equipped with AI elements and can simulate human emotions. The robot can be synchronized with a smart phone to monitor what goes on inside house and to communicate with the family members via Skype. The new product will be available for purchase November at $1,400.

Since last week, Sony's shares have increased by 1.5% and will continue to grow. Trading will be available during the American session, from 13:40 to 20:00 GMT.
