Tata Steel makes an agreement with ThyssenKrupp AG

The shares of Indian steel company Tata Steel hit record highs after the announcement of the company’s partnership with German metallurgical giant ThyssenKrupp AG. According to the economic estimates, the cooperation of these two companies will result in profit of €600 million per year. At the moment, the companies still remain in “constructive discussions”, however, the shares of Tata Steel are rising.
