Back in January, Verizon has announced the purchase of Yahoo’s internet business that has been put up on sale since Spring 2016. The price tag for buying Yahoo’s core business was around 5 billion dollars. The combination of enterprises will have a positive impact on the stock prices of both companies.

Starting from April shares of Verizon rose by 1,11%, while Yahoo’s shares grew up by 16,7%. The trade will be available during American session from 14:40 to 21:00 GMT.
